[vtk-developers] Some vtkRenderingOpenGL tests moved - dashboard exclusions

Hi,

I moved several tests that were in vtkRenderingOpenGL to more
appropriate locations (where the interface classes were declared) so
that the old (OpenGL 1.x based) and new (OpenGL 2.x+ based) rendering
backends could test them. It looks like several dashboards were
manually excluding some of them - including dashlin1 (which I have
taken care of for the nightly at least).

If you maintain a dashboard could you take a look at the failing tests
and see if they were manually excluded. I know about the Tcl smoke
tests and should have them fixed soon too.
