[vtk-developers] I broke CDash Nightly

I take responsibility for the failures in the Imaging/Core/Tcl tests.

This was caused by: http://review.source.kitware.com/#/t/3910/
It was merged into the master so how do I unmerge it?
I tried revert on the topic but nothing happened.

Interestingly this means that the gerrit machines: amber8, dashlin1, kamino
and tarvalon are not running the Tcl tests at all.

I should have checked that Tcl was running on these machines. I just
assumed that this was the case.
