[vtk-developers] Interactor freezing on OS X Cocoa

Hi Sean,

No, I haven't looked at this recently.  But I am interested in putting
together a patch so that Cocoa-VTK uses the "Three Button Method".
It will fix this problem (at least, I'm fairly confident that it will)
and will also make the implementation similar to those for X, Carbon,
and Win32.
