[vtk-developers] Gerrit Searching

Is there any information on structuring search queries for gerrit?
I can do simple queries like 'entity:topic status:open vtk owner:"Andrew
Maclean" '
which finds all my open topics.
However is it possible to wildcard searches on topic names or range
searches on dates, or lists of topics and their reviewers?
Or more sophisticated searches?

The reason for this is that just a cursory glance reveals many topics that
are waiting to be reviewed and it would be nice to know if reviewers have
been allocated or not.

Googling does not reveal much information at all.
