Just fyi.... The reason the tcl tests don't run there is for "as quick 
as possible" turn-around time from those CDash at home dashboards.

You may want to wait for further advice once people wake up over here 
this morning....... but I think the right way to revert a topic is to 
push another changeset to gerrit that has the reverted commit, and then 
merge that one in after gerrit approval. (I've never done it, though, 
so I'm not 100% certain.)
