[vtk-developers] File removed?

So that's a problem, right?

Header files should exist in *neither* backend or in *both* backends,
shouldn't they? I don't want to have to write conditional #include
based on a backend setting..... do you? Is it a backend or is it a
public API? (Rhetorical, no need for flames, :-)
