[vtk-developers] Missing "Infovis" classes

Folks,
A user just reported that vtkConvexHull2D was not being compiled.
After further investigation,, I see that the following classes are in
the Infovis/Core directory, but are not being compiled:
vtkConvexHull2D
vtkDotProductSimilarity
vtkGraphAnnotationLayersFilter
vtkTransferAttributes

Looks to me that vtkConvexHull2D and vtkGraphAnnotationLayersFilter
should be moved into Rendering/Annotation.

I'll be happy to work on a patch.
