[vtk-developers] Another thick-slice mode for vtkImageResliceMapper

I've created a new patch that add a method called
SetSlabModeToSum() to vtkImageResliceMapper,
and I'm not sure who the best reviewer would be,
so I'm posting to the list:

This mode creates thick slabs by integrating along
the path length of the view ray through the slab.  The
view that it generates is a pseudo-DRR.
