These source files are not listed so they do not get installed.
This has appeared on the dashboard for a few days:

 http://open.cdash.org/viewBuildError.php?buildid=3059471
 .../InstallTest/include/vtk-6.1/vtkCPExodusIINodalCoordinatesTemplate.h:120:53:
 fatal error: vtkCPExodusIINodalCoordinatesTemplate.txx: No such file or directory

That submission builds the module tests against a VTK install
tree specifically to catch missing install files.
