Summary:                    VTK6 - RC1 cannot build vtkLocal -
vtkMakeInstantiator
Description: 
I am unable to build vtkLocal using the release candidate of VTK6.

The CMakeLists.txt file in Examples/Build/vtkLocal requires vtkmakeInstatiator3

When I try to configure i get:

Unknown CMake commande "VKT_MAKE_INSTANTIATOR3"

In vtk5.10 there was a vtkMakeInstatiator.cmake file under libs/vtk/cmake
