The result is:

no render -
  examples won't compile if render group is off

  many tests are built that use rendering that shouldn't and will fail if
there isn't an actual display

no data - builds fine, there are tests that are built but fail for lack of
data

    there are also tests that run and pass despite a lack of data and

I'll make the karego-at nodata submission happen nightly and make the
karego-at no render submission turn off the rendering group and move both
of them to the experimental section until we get around to fixing these
cases.
