[vtk-developers] Removal of TCLisms in Python Tests

Just letting you know that I have converted 45 out of 132 Python tests that
have "tclisms" in them. I have also taken the opportunity to make them a
little more readable. In the main it is a pretty straightforward process.

Once the changes to Python wrapping are merged, I will checkout and test.
Then create some git topics.
