ITK uses "git gerrit-merge" as an alias for verifying that a topic
has been put in Gerrit and then using the topic stage to merge.

VTK uses topic merges directly in its modified Gerrit.  Merging
is available only on the topic-level pages and not in the pages
for individual changes.
