I just took a quick look and it is not showing any conflicting files,

$ git status
# On branch master
# Your branch is ahead of 'origin/master' by 1 commit.
#
nothing to commit (working directory clean)

I will keep an eye on it, but need to step out for an hour or two this
afternoon. The one commit is 28db2118, which is the second link I
believe.
