[vtk-developers] Gerrit questions

This has also been seen elsewhere. We have noticed a discrepancy in baseline alternates that may explain size differences like those reported here.

 

After we resolve the known discrepancies, these may show up as failed tests because of an image mis-match.

 

We’ll trigger a new CDash at home builds later after that happens and we can check to see what those results look like.

 

So, hold off on merging this for now. If nobody replies again before midnight tonight -- ping again to check on the status.

Hi all,

I have a couple of Gerrit topics (one of which is http://review.source.kitware.com/#/t/2228 ) that are generating strange test failures where image sizes are incorrect (see http://open.cdash.org/index.php?&project=VTK&filtercount=2&field1=buildname/string&compare1=63&value1=T2228fix-vtkaxis-log-scaling-1&field2=buildstarttime/date&compare2=83&value2=2013-2-26%3C/p%3E and http://open.cdash.org/testDetails.php?test=178791522&build=2828797 in particular). I can't imagine what my commits have changed that would cause this. Could it be a configuration problem on the dashboard machine?
