[vtk-developers] TestParametricFunctions tolerance

Hi Bill,

I noticed that you increased the tolerance for TestParametricFunctions,
but if you look closely at the images produced by the test, the "Open Spline"
and "Closed Spline" are wrong.  By increasing the tolerance, you've created
a false positive.  Here's a link to the images:
