[vtk-developers] Another dashboard with lots of failing tests

I'm sure that VTK relies on a lot of OpenGL functionality that is
deprecated in OpenGL 3 and 4.   NVidia and ATI will continue to
support this deprecated functionality because they don't want to
lose their professional graphics customers, but Intel has little
reason to do the same.
