Hi Bill, David,

It is not just an Intel 4000 card where the GLC failures happen. If you
look at Libre (Windows 8, Intel HD 3000 card) you get the following
failures:

vtkRenderingHybridOpenGLCxx-TestSurfaceLIC
vtkRenderingOpenGLCxx-TestGaussianBlurPass
vtkRenderingOpenGLCxx-TestOffAxisStereo
vtkRenderingOpenGLCxx-TestOpacity
vtkRenderingOpenGLCxx-TestTilingCxx
vtkRenderingOpenGLCxx-TestTranslucentLUTDepthPeeling
vtkRenderingOpenGLCxx-TestTranslucentLUTDepthPeelingPass
vtkRenderingOpenGLCxx-TestTranslucentLUTTextureDepthPeeling

OpenGL details:
http://open.cdash.org/testDetails.php?test=177164367&build=2810792
and for the failing tests:
http://open.cdash.org/viewTest.php?onlyfailed&buildid=2810792

Regards
   Andrew
