[vtk-developers] Proposal: Change Windows continuous build from debug to release

Folks,

Now that we are getting closer to a zero defect continuous build, I'd
like to propose that we change its build type from debug to release.

The current continuous takes over an hour to run. The
DASH3.kitware--Win32-vs9-Shared takes about 25 minutes.

Granted, a Debug build can find different issues than a release build.
So we could convert one of the two nightly builds on the same machine
to debug.
