[vtk-developers] Exclude failing MathText tests on Fedora

How can we know if the system is a fedora build. I tried to find
something with google. Perhaps we could check the build name in cmake
since most folks include fedora in the build name.

Another alternative for this problem is to:
1) Provide fedora submitters with the magic to get mathplotlib fonts
loaded properly.
2) And as I showed on my fedora system, after applying the magic, the
math fonts do appear OK, but fail the regression tests because the
math fonts are different than the baseline images.
