[vtk-developers] Best way to create and manipulate a 3d grid

What widget or procedure would be the best to create a 3D grid with
possibility to  change "cell" distances of grid, for exmple, following grid
would have 18 cells (3 rows and 6 columns)

but I would like to manipulate it..
