[vtk-developers] vtkSurfaceBooleanOperations and VTK 6, how to share patch?

Hi all,

The vtkSurfaceBooleanOperations contribution by Bryn Lloyd here:

 http://www.insight-journal.org/browse/publication/726

does not build against VTK 6.  I believe I have patched it to work with both 5 and 6.

Is there a procedure for patches against things in the VTK Journal?  I see there is a github link, should I fork and patch there?
