Summary:                    Deprecated messages w.r.t vtkIOstream.h
Description: 
This is a repeat of issue report http://vtk.org/Bug/view.php?id=2906, which has
expired.

Every time one uses vtkIOstream.h in a file, a deprecation warning of strstream
is issued.  This sometimes clouds the other warnings and errors spit out by the
compiler.

The solution proposed by the first reporter is to change to <sstream>.  I don't
know how involved the change is, but it does not seem too complicated at first
glance.
