Description: 
When building current nightly (commit:
cfcf221c7722b5aea7ff0268a56cb64e8f5a6ea86) on mac OS X mountain lion, enabling
the python bindings presumes that the vtk.qt module is built. Removing vtk.qt*
from the package list in VTK-build-dir/Wrapping/Python/setup.py corrects the
problem.
