[vtk-developers] Install error with snapshot of master

Thanks, that error went away, but now I'm getting a different error
during install when I build with Module_vtkGUISupportQtOpenGL:BOOL=true
as well as VTK_WRAP_PYTHON:BOOL=true.  (from master snapshot I grabbed
this morning).


running install
running build
running build_py
error: package directory 'vtk/qt' does not exist

I can work around by removing 'vtk.qt' from Wrapping/Python/setup.py.in
