[vtk-developers] Proposing vtkObjectMacro

For the same reasons as we have vtkTypeMacro, meaning

1) Modular
2) Consistent with what we have
3) Allow users like us (VisGUI) to use disable copy marco (VisGUI) who may
not use vtkClassMacro
