[vtk-developers] TestFlashReader is broken

TestFlashReader is failing (although it passes on the dashboard) on all
platforms.
See for example
http://open.cdash.org/testDetails.php?test=158621001&build=2550462

The file it tries to read: "VTKData/Data/AMR/Flash/smooth/smooth.flash"
does not exist.

This probably explains why the flash reader code is not covered well:
