[vtk-developers] VTK v6 migration guide

Oops. Sorry guys. I have not been able to check the mailing lists for a
while. I have a document I started a while ago. See attached. I am starting
to work on a more ITK style migration guide that will be on the VTK Wiki.

In the long term, I'd like us to explore adopting ITK style migration
documentation but one thing at a time :-)
