That would be great to see, and I would certainly be happy to look in
on that. As we have over 200 tests building we will be working on
figuring out any of the failures there, and bringing the rest of the
tests over.

Sounds good, there have been quite a few changes. Brad brought in the
latest version of the ITK CMake build system, which we have adapted to
VTK again, and we have quite a few more modules and updates from
master integrated.
