[vtk-developers] vtkRCalculatorFilter build error

Barad-dur is mine.  Coincidently Jeff Baumes asked me to test a patch on
that system a few days back.  Unfortunately, I haven't quite made it. I can
give Chris access and am even willing to help should you run into any
issues.
