When trying to compile vtk v5.10.0 on my machine (Ubuntu 12.04; Linux
3.2.0-26-generic http://vtk.org/Bug/view.php?id=41-Ubuntu SMP Thu Jun 14
17:49:24 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux) with the option
VTK_USE_RENDERING is set to OFF, I get the following error message:

/home/bud/NIRAL/tools/temp/VTK/Filtering/vtkMolecule.cxx:16:39: fatal error:
vtkAbstractElectronicData.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
