[vtk-developers] Specifying wrapping hints for a new module

Right now, all hints have to go into Wrapping/hints.  The module
macros could be made to look for module-specific hints files instead.
The wrappers will use whatever hints file is specified by the
VTK_WRAP_HINTS variable.
