[vtk-developers] Modules missing from the Standalone Group

I'm OK with StandAlone + Rendering on as a default. The description of
StandAlone in CMake/vtkGroups.cmake should be changed.

That said, there are still many modules missing  GROUPS that should have
either StandAlone or Rendering. These must be fixed to link to a VTK that
was built with testing off.
