Summary:                    Add support for FITS image file format
Description: 
This feature request is to add support for FITS file format
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FITS)to VTK!! This would be a great addition to
VTK as FITS files are used heavily in astronomy and space science, and VTK can
very profitably be used in those areas.
