[vtk-developers] Test* prefix on test files

It seems like 80% of the files in */Testing/Cxx are prefixed with Test -
e.g. TestWeakPointer.cxx, etc. However, in most modules, there are a
handful of test files that do not follow this convention? Is there a reason
for this? Or should they all start with Test?
