[vtk-developers] AIX dashboard

The AIX dashboard has trouble finding its test executables, it seems
that the executables are in /u/noibm/ but ctest is looking for them in
/bench1/noibm/.  This is probably because of an incorrect environment
variable or a typo in a cmake script.

It's a very good machine to have a dashboard for because its compiler
is so different from gcc... in the past it has reported many
errors/warnings that gcc missed.
