Summary:                    Make QVTK includes Qt5 compatible
Description: 
Title says it all. Currently VTK won't build against Qt5 because it cannot find
Q*Widget includes in QtGui/.

Not sure if other things may break, but as a first step you should get rid off
the "QtGui/" prefixes in includes in QVTKWidget.h and QVTKGraphicsItem.h.

I'm aware that Qt5 is not yet released, this is just a heads-up.
