[vtk-developers] Seeking the owner of vtkWindBladeReader

I'm in the process of cleaning warnings for a number of vtk
reader/writers. They show up here:
http://www.cdash.org/CDash/viewBuildError.php?type=1&buildid=1966610

I have fixed vtkWindBladeReader, but the test, although still passing,
now reports a number of errors.

Once I submit the gerrit patch, I'd like interested patries to review
my chamnges.
