[vtk-developers] Noisy configuration for netcdf, hdf5

The hdf5 and netcdf packages in ThirdParty generate these status
messages every time cmake is run:

 -- Filter ZLIB is ON
 -- NETCDF4 support is enabled.

The "ZLIB" is from ThirdParty/hdf5/vtkhdf5/CMakeLists.txt line 423,
the "NETCDF4" is from ThirdParty/netcdf/vtknetcdf/CMakeLists.txt line 243.

Can someone with access to these third party modules comment out these
message lines?  I've submitted a gerrit topic here:
