[vtk-developers] Recent changes to version handling in VTK

If you're going to be doing this anyway, perhaps there should be a
wiki examples specific header file that is manually (or on-the-wiki)
edited like "vtkWikiExamples.h" that you include in all of your
example compilations.

That way you'd have a central place to make single line change to add
a necessary header file to all examples at once.

Or is that too contrary to the nature of these examples? Are they all
supposed to be completely independent such that they'll compile as a
stand-alone entity?
