[vtk-developers] A static lib for wrapper executables

Hi All,

How do people feel about adding a static library "vtkWrapUtils.a" that
would house all the source code that is shared between vtkWrapPython,
vtkWrapTcl, etc?  It would be part of the install and could be used by
external packages.  It seems like an obvious thing to do, but I wanted
to check with the list first.
