[vtk-developers] Modularised VTK: MPI issue.

To follow up, if I disable BUILD_TESTING but keep VTK_Group_Imaging
enabled, I get this error:

 CMake Error at Filters/Parallel/CMakeLists.txt:58 (vtk_add_override):
   Unknown CMake command "vtk_add_override".
