[vtk-developers] Interaction/Image module

Hi All,

The vtkImageViewer classes in Rendering/Image have some heavy
dependencies... they require InteractionStyle and InteractionWidgets.

I've submitted a gerrit patch that moves the image viewers to
Interaction/Image, which seems like a more logical place.

After the move, Rendering/Image only depends on RenderingCore and ImagingCore.
