Hi Marcus,
Would it be possible to add a user editable variable:
set(Boost_ADDITIONAL_VERSIONS "1.49")
to the top level CMakeLists.txt file?
The reason that in windows the "normal" installation of boost has this type
of patters:
c:\boost
c:\ boost \include\
c:\boost\include\boost-1_49
c:\boost\lib

Unlike in Linux.

It would be better to do it here so that the CMakeLists.txt files in:
\VTK\Views\Infovis
\VTK\Infovis\Parallel <-- Note: a very old version of boost is specified
here.
\VTK\Infovis\BoostGraphAlgorithms
\VTK\Infovis\Boost\Testing\Cxx
\VTK\Filters\ReebGraph

Regards
   Andrew
