[vtk-developers] VTK WikiExamples and modular VTK

Marcus,

I've successfully buit VTK on my Mac after the recent git commits. Now
I have started to look at the vtk WIki Examples. I have some issues
because I was careless about not using VTK_LIBRARIES every where.

However, I see that some classes are missing. For example,
vtkModifiedBSPTree is commented out of Filters/General. I see several
others also commented out.
