Summary:                    Missing image reader functionality in
vtkDICOMImageReader
Description: 
Two important ivars that all vtkImageReader subclasses should support are
ignored by vtkDICOMImageReader:  FileLowerLeft and FileNames.  The
SetDirectoryName method of this reader is non-standard, and it is unreasonable
that the more standard SetFileNames and SetFilePrefix/Pattern methods are
ignored.
