Summary:                    Install location of vtkConfig on Win32
Description: 
This should be into a CMake subdir of install tree. C:\Program
Files\VTK-x.y.z\CMake\vtkConfig rather than using the unix convention so that
find_package(VTK) will work properly on Windows.
