[vtk-developers] More graffiti: Lingering gerrit patches

Folks,

There are over 70 gerrit patches for VTK. Some have been lingering over a year.

For ITK we try to keep the number below 25 if possible. And patches
that linger more than a month are abandon and convert to bugs.

Also, for ITK, any developer can abandon someone else's' patch. That
does not seem possible with the VTK gerrit patches.

So, please,
1) If you have a gerrit patch that still looks good, send an e-mail to
your reviewers and/or the developers' list.
2) If your patch is no longer valid, please abandon it.
3) If your patch has already been merged (sometimes gerrit does not
recognize merges), abandon it and make a note that it has been merged.
