These lines (221 - 224 in today's master) are near-duplicates:

vtkTypeInt64Array                     GetValueRange                     30B  2
vtkTypeInt64Array                     GetValueRange                     30C  2
vtkTypeUInt64Array                    GetValueRange                     31B  2
vtkTypeUInt64Array                    GetValueRange                     31C  2

Are these two near-duplicates intentional? Is only the first of each
pair used? Is the first of each pair the correct one?
