Hi Sean,

Do include Qt in your dashboard builds?  The VTK sip wrapping allows
the PyQt wrappers and the VTK/Python wrappers to talk to each other.
To enable it, you'd have to get PyQt and sip (the PyQt wrapping tool)
and there might be a bit of troubleshooting involved.  But it doesn't
add much to the compile time, probably less than 5%.
